Hello. I've been reading the comic for about a month now. I'm...kinda nervus. My name given to me is Daniel, but my "real" name is Lily ^^. I'm 17 years old am a junior and live in Maryland. I'm still new to this. Though I've always felt I was different, I didn't know about TGism or GID until Jan 2 of this year. After a bit of searching I came to this site through a link in the Trans-Generation links page. Hope to hear from you all soon ^,^ ~Lily

I want you to think about something, I'm not even registered here, I'm just some unknown person who wandered in off the internet and now I have your address, not your email but your actual address.
Some of the people who come here might hate people like you, people like me, or people in general. "Know thy enemy," gets a lot of people into unexpected places.
Please take your address down, I could be paranoid, I could be right, or I could be both, but I really don't think it is safe to have it posted here, or anywhere really.
If you want her to write you send her an email with your address, it's safer. I'm not saying I don't trust Elizabeth or any other member here, but anyone can come, and just because someone comes to a place with trans people doesn't mean they like such people.
Please, for the sake of my peace of mind if nothing else, don't post your address online, especially not in the same post where you identify yourself as part of a group many people hate.

Thank you. Wish I could get rid of my first post now that it doesn't apply anymore.
Anyway, welcome, it's nice to meet you and I wish you all the best.

Btw, for reasons too complex and convoluted for me to understand, much less explain, you're the reason I decided to register.

Yeah, NEVER put up any information that could incriminate you. Putting up an address on the internet on to a place where anyone can read it is very dangerous and you don't want to do that, if you want to mention where you are from, just say the state or something. Keep it as discrete as possible.
Just be careful on the net, you can get really screwed over if you don't watch your back. I already got something similar going on to me right now, but not from the internet.
But anyways welcome

btw Angel is the best of the buffyverse. Spike can take a back seat ^^ True enough, but Firefly is the best of Joss Whedon. Then again Firefly is so different I didn't know it was a Joss show for the longest time. (I'm sorry, I had to. It's a moral imperative. Bonus points if you know what movie "It's a moral imperative," is from.) I always preferred Angel to Buffy (the shows and the characters) because Buffy the Vampire Slayer was exactly what it sounded like, a show about a girl who killed vampires and their ilk. Angel on the other hand was about saving people, "We help the helpless." They both killed demons, and on occasion Buffy saved people, but the point was different. Buffy was about fighting evil, Angel was about protecting the innocents. I'll take the protector over the avenger any day.

You ARE right in that FireFly was the best show. I mean with Buffy....it was so...predictable. Not to mention it was so cliche.
FireFly on the other hand it's hard to know WHAT is going on. It's got several twists and turns, and even it's genre is unique in that it combined western with Sci-Fi. The Heros aren't a group of overpowered people who always prevail, most of them are just your everyday heros.
Also it's cool to hear about you on the path of transitioning. Check GaiaOnline.com for a TransGender Guild....They're pretty cool. I'm also on that path myself ^^;

Hello. It's nice to meet you Lily. You may call me Rei-chan. I heard that you're interested in TransGerdered stuff. I know a decent amount in general, and I know a nice community that seems to know a good amount about it ^^
