Well. Who would vote "no"? Obviously, if they see the topic, they come here, no? That's why I put in a "What's the alternative?" option, though I was considering a, "no," option because I knew it would get votes. Still something seemed odd about introducing a contradiction in terms. I mean I might as well put in an, "I am lying," option or "The term non-self-applicable is self-applicable." On the other hand they are paradoxes, "no" would be a simple falsehood.

Well yeah, if you wanna get into paradoxes, go right ahead. I mean. Like. This really has no point. I'd hate to mini-mod, but sure, it may spur conversation, but only the spammy kind.
Incidentally, if anyone wants to discuss falacies and paradoxes, I'm always available =)

yeah, i was just considering it as a joke "no" though... but W/E... im just he kind of person who likes to use sarcasim to be funny...(dont care about spelling) Did you think I didn't get that? Because I did, apparently I just failed to communicate it at all. I mean. Like. This really has no point. I'd hate to mini-mod, but sure, it may spur conversation, but only the spammy kind. It was not created to spur conversation, though it appears to be doing just that. It was created to ask, "How many people come here?" If you want to know why you need only think for a moment and then look for a moment. Look around at the activity that took place when this was posted (aren't the dates on the posts fun?) and ask yourself "How many people came here?" The answer is an emphatic, "Not many," but beyond that it is hard to tell. Certainly less than that 23 registered users, but we now know, because of this very topic, that it was more than the amount of people who were posting at the time.

It's a small forum still. Elizabeth wasn't updating for a while. The actual "number" of people who come here, that number has -no- meaning. There's no point to it. Having a topic like this just takes up space. It isn't going to make people come here more often. Assessing the number of people who view the threads has no effect. There's -no- point to it.

Knowledge and understanding are important things and they do not require a point besides fulfilling the desire to know more about something.
I wanted to know how many people came here, that was the point. The point has been fulfilled and now it has transitioned into another purpose, now the purpose of this thread, as far as I am concerned, is to find out und understand exactly why you see it as spammy.
Once again, the point is to gain information, while it might not serve an empirically measurable purpose it is still a point.

Fine. Attempt to gain all the "information" you want. I do not exactly see what you plan to do with such a gem of knowledge, but please, continue. I will continue to watch from the shadows, figuratively speaking.

I like this comic... I begin to believe in gender-blender comics because of this (and Askance Glance, of a trannie girl of UK)...I usually come over here (tha' forums) twice per week, actually.
